1300 366 244At the ordinary meeting of 17 March 2026, Council resolved:
“to formally rescind Item C3.2 Planning Scheme Amendment C99 – Flood Mapping and Flood Policy Update of the Council Meeting held on 18 June 2019, which lay the report on Amendment C99 on the table and not proceed further with the Planning Scheme Amendment C99.”
This means that Planning Scheme Amendment C99 will not proceed.
At the same meeting, Council also resolved to:
“seek written consent from the Minister for Planning to formally commence Draft Planning Scheme Amendment C125well – updated flood provisions.”
