When to Expect a Rates Notice

Rates notices are sent out at the end of July each year and usually arrive within the first two weeks of August. If you haven't received yours by the end of August, please contact our customer service team.

Receiving a Rates Notice

Rates Notices are mailed to your nominated postal address by default. Should you need to update your details, this can be achieved by completing a Name, Address or Email Alteration form.

• If you prefer to receive your Rates Notice via email, you can register for this service by completing the Receive your rates and/or animal notice by email only online form.
• If you would like to nominate another party to be the recipient of your rates notices, please complete and return the Registration of Occupier For Service of Rates Notices form.
