The Minister for Planning has approved Amendment C102 to the Wellington Planning Scheme. The changes came into effect on Thursday 22 October 2020.
Prepared by Wellington Shire Council, Amendment C102 is required to ensure the efficient functioning of the Wellington Planning Scheme. The Amendment is policy-neutral and amends various provisions within the Wellington Planning Scheme - including mapping anomalies, deletion of redundant planning controls, grammatical errors, and minor corrections to text.
Landowners directly affected by the Amendment have been consulted and written consent obtained for the proposed changes.
