Proposed sale of Council land from the Desailly Street off-street carpark in Sale

Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the provisions of Section 189 and 223 of the Local Government Act 1989, the Wellington Shire Council, not less than four (4) weeks from the date of publication of this notice, proposes to sell at market value approximately 24 sqm. of land from Lot 1 TP644057 Township of Sale, Parish of Sale to the adjoining property owner by private treaty.

Any person wishing to make a submission regarding this proposal, may do so in writing addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, Wellington Shire Council, PO Box 506, Sale 3853, by 5.00pm on Friday 12 of July 2019.

All submissions will be considered public documents unless specified otherwise.

Any person who requests that he or she be heard in support of any written submissions lodged shall be entitled to appear in person or by a person acting on his or her behalf before the Council or a Committee of the Council convened for that purpose.
