Proposed naming of pavilion under the provisions of the Geographic Place Names Act 1998

Following a request, Council’s Place Names Committee proposes to name the Football Pavilion at the Maffra Recreation Reserve, the John Vardy Pavilion.

Public comment on the proposed name is invited and may be made in writing to: Place Names Committee, Wellington Shire Council, PO Box 506, Sale VIC 3850, or via email to PlaceNames@wellington.vic.gov.au.

Submissions will be accepted no later than 3 October 2017.
