Planning and Environment Act 1987

The Minister for Planning has approved Amendment C90 to the Wellington Planning Scheme.

The Amendment came into operation on 13 July 2017, the date this notice was published in the Government Gazette.

The Amendment rezones land in Precincts 3 and 11 as identified in the ‘Longford Development Plan, November 2015’ from the Farming Zone to the Township Zone and the Rural Living Zone Schedule 5 respectively, inserts Development Plan Overlay Schedule 10 and applies the overlay to the rezoned land, and corrects a mapping anomaly and an error in Residential Growth Zone Schedule 1.
