Note: Keith Mills was elected during the General Council Election in 2016, however resigned from his position as Councillor on Tuesday 8 November 2017. A countback was held on Wednesday 15 November 2017 to fill the vacancy, with Carmel Ripper successful. Cr Ripper was sworn in at the Council Meeting on Tuesday 21 November 2017.
