Unused road between North Street and Wharf Street, Port Albert

Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the provisions of Section 206 and 223 of the Local Government Act 1989, the Wellington Shire Council, not less than four weeks (4) weeks from the date of publication proposes to discontinue the unnamed Council Road between Wharf Street and North Street, Port Albert and sell this road to the adjoining owner(s).

Any person wishing to make a submission regarding this proposal, may do so in writing addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, Wellington Shire Council, PO Box 506, Sale 3853, by 5.00pm on Friday 22 September 2017.

All submissions will be considered public documents unless specified otherwise.

Any person who requests that he or she be heard in support of any written submissions lodged shall be entitled to appear in person or by a person acting on his or her behalf before the Council or a Committee of the Council convened for that purpose.
