Proposed Sale of Land (Road) Adjoining 280 & 282 National Park Road, Loch Sport

Wellington Shire Council herby gives notice of its intention to consider a proposal to sell part of the unmade road of approximately 450 sq.m identified as part of Roads on LP58872 and contained on Certificate of Title Vol 9875 Fol 368 to the adjoining property owners at 280 & 282 National Park Road, Loch Sport.

The community is invited to comment on this proposal. The proposal is shown on the diagram below.

If you wish to make a submission regarding this proposal, you may do so in writing addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, Wellington Shire Council, PO Box 506, Sale 3853. Your submission should be received by 5.00pm on Friday 14th of October 2022.

Any person making a submission may request that he or she be heard in support of any written submissions lodged before the Council or a Committee of the Council convened for that purpose.

All submissions will be considered public documents unless specified otherwise by the submitter.  In the event that no submissions are received objecting to the proposal the land will be sold to the adjoining property owners by private treaty.
