Proposed Road Exchange on Link Road, Licola

Wellington Shire Council hereby gives notice of its intentions pursuant to the provisions of Section 206 including clause 2 of Schedule 10 and 207A of the Local Government Act 1989, to consider not less than four (4) weeks from the date of publication of this notice, a proposal to undertake a road exchange by deviating a Government Road between of Lot 1 TP3067 & CA 2002 Parish of Licola shown hatched below over part of Lot 1 TP892258 shown cross hatched below.

The community is invited to comment on the proposal which is shown on the diagrams below.

Any person wishing to make a submission regarding this proposal, may do so in writing addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, Wellington Shire Council, PO Box 506, Sale 3853, by 5pm on Friday 20 March 2026.

All submissions will be considered public documents unless specified otherwise.

Any person making a submission may request that he or she be heard in support of any written submission and entitled to appear in person or by a person acting on his or her behalf before the Council or a Committee of the Council convened for that purpose.
