Discontinuance of Unused Road at the rear of 85 Fitzroy Street, Sale

Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the provisions of Sections 189, 206 and 223 of the Local Government Act 1989, the Wellington Shire Council, not less than four weeks (4) weeks from the date of publication proposes to discontinue a section of Council Road contained in the certificate of title volume 12006 Volume 999, at the rear of 85 Fitzroy Street, Sale shown on the plan below and sell part of this discontinued road to the adjoining owner.

Any person may make a submission on the proposal.

Any person wishing to make a submission regarding this proposal, may do so in writing addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, Wellington Shire Council, PO Box 506, Sale 3853, by 5.00pm on Friday 29 March 2019

All submissions will be considered public documents unless specified otherwise.

Any person who requests that he or she be heard in support of any written submissions lodged shall be entitled to appear in person or by a person acting on his or her behalf before the Council or a Committee of the Council convened for that purpose.
