Wellington Shire Council hereby gives notice of its intention to purchase a section of land of 1520m2 for public purposes, as shown in the below plan.

If you wish to make a submission regarding this proposal, you may do so in writing, addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, Wellington Shire Council, PO Box 506, Sale 3853. Your submission should be received by 5.00pm on Friday, 12th of May, 2023.

All submissions will be considered public documents unless specified otherwise by the submitter. In the event that no submissions are received on the proposal, the land purchase will be formalised.
