Wellington Planning Scheme

The Minister for Planning has approved Amendment C103well to the Wellington Planning Scheme. The Amendment came into operation on 24 October 2019, the date this notice was published in the Victoria Government Gazette.

The Amendment rezones land in West Sale from Farming Zone to Industrial 1 Zone and introduces the Development Plan Overlay Schedule 12 to the site. The Amendment also includes the West Sale and Wurruk Industrial Land Supply Strategy (2018) as a background document in the Wellington Planning Scheme.

A copy of the Amendment can be inspected, free of charge, at the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning website at www.planning.vic.gov.au/public-inspection and free of charge, during office hours, at the offices of the Wellington Shire Council, 18 Desailly Street, Sale, Victoria 3850.
