Wellington entrepreneurs aiming to be pitch perfect

Issued:
November 9, 2020

Join Wellington Shire’s star entrepreneurs of the future for a night of pitches from the Wellington cohort of Startup Gippsland this Thursday, 12 November.

Startup Gippsland’s 12-week incubator comes to a thrilling close on the night with six local pitch showcases, and everyone is invited to join the pitch night online via Zoom to hear each of the entrepreneurs’ business ideas and celebrate their phenomenal journeys.

Each startup will have the opportunity to give a three-minute pitch on their business at the Wellington pitch night.

At the end of the evening, judges will deliberate and decide which two startups will progress to the Gippsland-wide pitch final.

The aim is to support entrepreneurs who have business ideas that can scale to a national or international level and create high-value jobs for the region and the state.

Startup Gippsland includes meet-ups, workshops, startup showcases and a 12-week program of masterclasses. It aims to ignite the startup ecosystem across the Wellington, Bass Coast, Baw Baw, East Gippsland, Latrobe and South Gippsland local government areas.
