Port of Sale Precinct Masterplan

You are invited to provide your thoughts and ideas on the future of the Port of Sale Precinct.
Issued:
August 25, 2020

The Port of Sale precinct is a much-loved arts, culture, education and recreation space in the heart of Sale. Since the opening of the re-vamped space in 2018, this area has become a well utilised and popular space for locals and tourists alike.

It’s now time for Council to plan the next stage of the Port of Sale precinct. You can discover more about the area by taking a virtual tour below or visit the Port of Sale website.

Why is a Masterplan needed?

A Masterplan is required as we consider redevelopment of the former special school site (east bank) and boat moorings (west bank) while encouraging more events and activities to occur within the precinct. The Masterplan is also timely with the imminent new TAFE development coming to the area.
