Proposed Sale of Land (Road) at the rear of 28 Desailly Street in Sale

Wellington Shire Council herby gives notice of its intention to consider a proposal to sell a section of land (road) of approximately 230 sq.m identified as Road on Lots 3 (part) & 4 TP922462 and contained on Certificate of Title Vol 942 Fol 301 to the property owner at 28 Desailly Steet, Sale.

The community is invited to comment on this proposal. The proposal is shown on the diagram below.

If you wish to make a submission regarding this proposal, you may do so in writing addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, Wellington Shire Council, PO Box 506, Sale 3853. Your submission should be received by 5.00pm on Friday 10th of March 2023.

Any person making a submission may request that he or she be heard in support of any written submissions lodged before the Council or a Committee of the Council convened for that purpose.

All submissions will be considered public documents unless specified otherwise by the submitter. In the event that no submissions are received objecting to the proposal the land will be sold to the adjoining property owner by private treaty.
