Notice of Approval of Amendment
The Minister for Planning has approved Amendment C115well, with changes, to the Wellington Planning Scheme.
The Amendment comes into operation on the date this notice is published in the Victoria Government Gazette.
The Amendment is a combined planning permit application and planning scheme Amendment which proposes to rezone land (10.11 hectares) located on the corner of Cantwell Drive and Surkitt Boulevard, Sale from Farming Zone (FZ) to General Residential Zone Schedule 1 (GRZ1). The planning permit application P542/2021 seeks approval for the subdivision of land into 82 lots over four stages.
The Minister has granted the following permit(s) under Division 5 Part 4 of the Act:

A copy of the Amendment can be inspected, free of charge, at the Department of Transport and Planning website or by contacting 1800 789 386 to arrange a time to view the Amendment. A copy of the Amendment can also be inspected, free of charge, during office hours, at the offices of the Wellington Shire Council, Service Centre, 18 Desailly Street, Sale and on the Wellington Shire Council website.
