The Minister for Planning has approved Amendment C100well to the Wellington Planning Scheme.

The Amendment came into operation on 7 February 2019, the date this notice was published in the Victoria Government Gazette.

The Amendment corrects a mapping anomaly to the Heritage Overlay to the Yarram Butter Factory site at 40 Commercial Road, Yarram, and corrects Schedule to Clause 43.01 Heritage Overlay to provide the correct references to 13 places listed in the Victorian Heritage Register.

A copy of the Amendment can be inspected, free of charge, at the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning website at www.planning.vic.gov.au/public-inspection and free of charge, during office hours, at the offices of the Wellington Shire Council, 18 Desailly Street, Sale, Victoria 3850, and 156 Grant Street, Yarram, Victoria 3971.
