The Wellington Shire Council declares that by this notice it acquires the following interest in the land described as:
99 Glomar Drive, Glomar Beach, Lot 512 PS 73676, Certificate of Title Volume 8640 Folio 160
Interest acquired: That of George Tonkinson and all other interests.
