This policy sets out the legal responsibilities for Wellington Shire Council and its employees and others. Council is equally committed to providing a safe environment that is free from risks to health and safety and are consistent with the principles of justice and conform to the spirit and intent of equal opportunity, anti-discrimination and occupational health and safety legislation.
