The Child Safety Policy aims to ensure that members of the public, children and young people, staff and volunteers are aware of Council’s commitment to being a Child Safe organisation, and are aware of their rights and responsibilities. It provides a strategic overview and operational guidance to keep children safe and outlines procedures, practices and responsibilities that support this.
