The CEO Employment and Remuneration Policy is made in accordance with section 45 of the Local Government Act 2020 and provides for the recruitment and appointment of the Chief Executive ensuring that the recruitment decision is based on merit, supports transparency in the recruitment process and regard is had to gender equity, diversity and inclusiveness.
