Our Organisation Structure

Council’s organisational structure enables us to deliver services effectively to the community, aligned with Council’s vision to foster "Happy people, healthy environment and thriving communities in the heart of Gippsland.”

We employ around 500 people across a diverse range of areas and occupations and our high level organisational structure comprises of the five divisional groups listed below:

Aqua Energy - Membership Discount

Staff are eligible for a 10% discount on memberships at Aqua Energy. Aqua Energy has a fully equipped gym, multiple indoor and outdoor pools and fitness classes available.

Employee Assistance Program

A free confidential offsite counselling program is available for employees and their immediate family members (living in the employee's household) to use at any time during or outside work hours.  EAP provides an agreed number of sessions to assist staff on a personal and professional level.

Paid Parental Leave

Eligible employees are entitled to a generous paid parental leave package.

Social Club Membership

The Social Club aims to improve employee morale and creates an opportunity for you to interact with your work mates.
