Is your book club looking for new and varied reading material?
We have a large catalogue of book sets, which are available for loan by existing book clubs throughout Wellington Shire.
Our book club sets consist of 8 - 10 copes of each book, and can be borrowed as a set by a nominated member of your book club.
Book club sets can be borrowed by a nominated member for 12 weeks and are subject to availability.

Our reference collection, housed at our Sale Library, contains printed material of social and historical significance to Wellington Shire and surrounds. Items in this collection are not available for loan but can be utilised within any of our library branches.
We have a large collection of local newspapers that are available for viewing in branch at our Maffra, Sale and Yarram libraries.

Council holds information and listings of records and objects held by the former Shires of Avon, Alberton, Maffra, Rosedale and the City of Sale.
The collection includes most rate books, Council minute books and memorabilia from the former shires.

TROVE provides access to resources about Australia and Australians, including many resources in the National Library of Australia's collection. Items available to view online include books, pictures, journals, digitised newspapers, videos and much more.
