Workshops on offer to help businesses tender for AIR5428

Botulism fears for local pelicans

Four pelicans have died in recent days at Lake Guyatt in Sale with another in a serious condition and under veterinary care. Cause of death is currently being investigated by wildlife experts. At this stage signs are pointing to avian botulism.

The exhibition features works by Max Beckmann, Otto Dix, Conrad Felixmüller, George Grosz, Erich Heckel, Käthe Kollwitz, Max Pechstein, and Karl Schmidt-Rottluff.

 

Sale-Maffra Road Shared Path Proposal

Wellington Shire Council will soon construct a shared pathway, linking the large residential area between Sale-Maffra Road and Cemetery Road with the Sale CBD. This includes the Woondella, Glebe and Billabong Estates.

Have your say on the 2016/17 Draft Budget

Wellington Shire Council has prepared a Draft Budget for the financial year commencing on 1 July 2016 and ending 30 June 2017 and is seeking written submissions. Any person proposing to make a written submission on the 2016/17 Draft Budget must do so no later than 5pm on Tuesday, 17 May 2016.
