Carmel Ripper wins Council role on countback

Carmel Ripper was today announced the new Councillor for Northern Ward for Wellington Shire Council, after a Victorian Electoral Commission count-back. The vacancy was created when former Councillor Keith Mills resigned, effective last week.

Free swim for start of season
