Our library service has a selection of e-books, e-audiobooks and useful databases which you can access with almost any computer, tablet or device with internet access.

Story Box Library enables you to watch Australian stories read by some of our finest storytellers on your computer, tablet or smartphone.

Bolinda Digital - Borrowbox

An excellent selection of free adult and junior fiction and non-fiction books are available via Bolinda Digital - Borrowbox to download to your iPad, e-reader or various Android devices. A library membership number, password and email address are required.

Free adult and junior fiction and non-fiction e-audio books and e-Books are available to download to your iPad, iPhone, e-reader or various Android devices with Bolinda Digital. Use the 'Sign In' button to login and follow the instructions to browse, borrow, confirm and download items.

FREE eAudiobooks are now also available from Ulverscroft Australia from 3 April to 31 July 2020 inclusive. 500 popular titles, all with simultaneous loan access, so you will never have to wait! RBdigital Magazines feature full-colour, digital editions for instant desktop or mobile reading for Apple and Android devices by downloading the RB digital App.

Our collection now has over 3,400 titles from around the world in multiple languages. Subscriptions include Australian Handyman, Caravan & Motorhome, The Australian Women's Weekly, Better Homes & Gardens, National Geographic, PC & Tech Authority and Vogue Australia.

Britannica Library

Britannica Library provides you with access to three sites in one, with age appropriate material from the child-friendly collection through to the adult general reference collection. Britannica online includes: encyclopaedia, dictionary, magazine articles, images, video clips and links to authoritative related websites. Audio feature enables read-aloud access to text.

Aussie Driver

The online Driver Education program contains the following state-specific information:

  • 3 car practice learner permit knowledge tests
  • 1 Exam Mode practice test
  • 7 online driver’s manuals (2015)
  • FAQ section with 100+ questions related to getting your driver licence

Ancestry Library Edition

Normally only available in our library branches, special remote access during COVID-19 Ancestry library edition allows instant access to a range of unique resources for genealogical and historical research. With more than 1.5 billion names in over 4,000 databases, Ancestry Library Edition includes Census records; military records; court, land and probate records; vital and church records; directories; passenger lists and more!

Free study and homework help, or CV and cover letter help, online 24/7

Feeling overwhelmed, stuck on a study question or not sure where to even start with an assignment? Need a second set of eyes on your cover letter, or want some advice on your CV/resume?

With your library membership, you get free access to Studiosity: online study, CV, or cover letter help from real people.

  1. Connect Live: select a subject (like writing, maths, science, economics, assignment research and more), or select Job Skills for Adults, type your question and you’ll be connected with a friendly Subject Specialist for live, one-to-one help in real time. It’s typed chat, an interactive whiteboard and you can even share files.
  2. Writing Feedback: submit your draft essay or written assignment, or a CV or cover letter and in less than 24 hours one of the writing specialists will send it back to you with detailed feedback on how you can improve your own work.
