Sale parkrun is a free weekly 5 kilometer timed run around a pre-approved course.
The event is entirely run by volunteers and is available for anyone to register and participate from age 4 (with adult supervision).
The course is run on existing tracks through the Botanical gardens, around Lake Guyatt and Guthridge and finishes at the sound shell.
