THE BIG 3 is a community collective aimed at providing local economic stimulus at a grassroots level and to help out communities still hurting from not only the recent Gippsland fires but the March 2019 bush fires that both closed much of the region off from local tourism.


Stage 1

Montana on the Macalister campground Glenmaggie. From 2.00pm Friday March 27, overnight social gathering. Bookings must be made direct to Montana campground, phone (03) 5148 0347 (pricing available via website). Raffle tickets available, raffle being drawn Saturday 11.00am.

Stage 2

BBQ brunch Saturday 28 March, 10.30am at the Licola General Store & Caravan Park. Grab a snag in bread, chance to fill up the fuel tanks on the 4wds, grab a drink or a snack from the general store. Drawing of the Friday night raffle.

Stage 3

Saturday evening 28 March where the Davidson Brothers are playing. Tickets available for Saturday night raffle drawn at 10pm. Camping out back of pub. Booking and deposit required via Dargo Hotel. Breakfast, fuel, supplies available from the Dargo General Store. Raffle collection to be used to purchase equipment from a recent bushfire affected hardware store to be then donated to BlazeAid to help with their on the ground recovery efforts.

We would love to see people attend either 1, 2 or all 3 events over the weekend.
