All patients will be seen in a safe, private and completely confidential clinic with the highest possible infection control standards. Alternatively, tests can be conducted for COVID-19 via local General Practitioners. Patients are encouraged to ring their regular GP for guidance.

Through Community Activation and Social Isolation (CASI), social, emotional and practical support is available for the residents in need of help during COVID-19. CASI can assist you to keep important connections with your family and friends, and building connection with your local organisations and support networks.
For enquires contact Wellington COVID-19 Relief Line 1300 137 218 (8:30am to 5:00pm - Monday to Friday, except public holidays) or enquiries@wellington.vic.gov.au. After hours, CASI can be access through the Victorian Coronavirus Hotline by choosing option 3 or 8 when calling 1800 675 398. This hotline is open 24 hours, 7 days.
If you are struggling with stress or finding your mental health condition peaking, and unsure where to turn, trained mental health staff (Psychologists, mental health nurses & occupational therapist) are available to support you at NO COST. Wellington Shire Council has launched a COVID-19 Relief Information Line for members of the public who require assistance as a result of the current pandemic. The Wellington COVID-19 Relief Information Line number is 1300 137 218 and is open 9am-4.30pm Monday to Friday. The Line will operate until it is no longer required.

The following changes to Wellington Shire Council operated facilities will occur from midnight on Friday 12 February 2021 as per the instructions from the Premier of Victoria.
Our Customer Service Centres in Sale and Yarram are CLOSED for face-to-face operations however, are contactable by phone on 1300 366 244 or use our Contact Us page to make a request or report an issue online.
All libraries are OPEN and normal operating hours have resumed.
Each library has a cap of one person per two square metres.
Libraries Victoria deliveries and system wide holds have resumed.

The Aqua Energy Leisure Centre is OPEN - all indoor pools, the gym and Group Fitness are operating, with density caps in place.
• One person per four square metres permitted in indoor pools
• One person per two square metres permitted in outdoor pools
• Hydrotherapy Pool for exercise and rehabilitation (up to 38 people)
• 25M Lap Pool (up to 81 people)
• Learn to Swim/Toddler Pool (up to 50 people)
• The gym has a density limit of one person per four square metres (up to 88 people)
The full program of group fitness classes has recommenced (bookings are not required)

The Gippsland Regional Livestock Exchange is OPEN for only essential people to attend sales. Essential people include agents, saleyard staff, transporters and pre-registered buyers.
Waste facilities (transfer stations) throughout the municipality are OPEN.
Council owned Caravan and RV parks throughout the municipality are OPEN.
Playgrounds throughout the municipality are OPEN.
Skateparks and public outdoor gym equipment throughout the municipality are OPEN.
Public toilets throughout the municipality will remain OPEN for use.
