Les Mills fitness programs are a world wide phenomenon with over 10 500 clubs and more than 4 million people participating each week. Choreographed by experts to achieve the best results, a new program with fresh music and moves is brought in every three months.


The crèche is available for bookings Monday to Friday.
Session 1 : 9am to 10.30am
Session 2: 10.30am to 12noon

Please bring a drink bottle and towel to all classes.
It is strongly recommended you seek medical advice before starting an exercise program.

Body Balance
The Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.


CX Worx
Based on cutting edge scientific research, this program is the ultimate way to get a tight and toned core. With dynamic training that hones in on your abs, glutes, back, obliques, and “slings” connecting the upper and lower body. This workout will leave you looking good and feeling strong.


RPM
The indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training. Discover your athlete within - sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high.


Body Pump
Often referred to as ‘Pump’ by millions who love it, BODYPUMP™ is one of the world’s fastest ways to get in shape. Using the proven formula: THE REP EFFECT™, (a breakthrough in resistance training) and focusing on low weight loads and high repetitions, you’ll burn fat and calories, gain strength and quickly produce lean body muscle conditioning.


Thump Boxing
Boxing for fitness class with music. Box for weight loss, muscle toning, stress relief, to build muscle strength and endurance and increase cardio fitness.


Fitness Circuit
Uses a range of exercise within a group fitness environment. The fitness circuit targets muscular strength as well as cardio fitness.


Aqua Easy
A very gentle warm water exercise experience in our Hydrotherapy pool. Suitable for people with joint mobility difficulties. aquacise This class is suitable for all age groups. If you want to improve fitness, flexibility and strength, this is the class for you.


Deep Water Running
The stimulation of running while being suspended in deep water by the use of a floatation belt. It is great for anyone wanting cardiovascular training and muscle conditioning.


Living Longer Living Stronger
This program will help regain muscle strength, balance, flexibility and coordination and lead to a better quality life.
