| Vacant seats on public school buses across Wellington and East Gippsland are now available at no cost to TAFE and other tertiary education students. Access to spare seating on private school buses is also available (fees and other conditions may apply).
To be eligible for free travel students must be enrolled in an accredited or approved course of study and live more than 4.8 kilometres from their education or training provider. The program is best suited to students aged between 15-24 years of age undertaking further education or training courses, such as university, TAFE or adult and community education.
