Swimming Pool Hire 

 Wellington Shire Council swimming pools are available to hire for education, recreation, training and events. To book pool lane space a User Hire Agreement must be completed and confirmed by a Healthy Lifestyles Officer.

2     This ONLINE form will prompt you to provide information imporant to meeting your needs and   ensuring we provide a high standard of safety for your group. Included in this form is an opportunity to provide feedback on how user friendly this online experience was for you.

3      Your User Hire Agreement request will be sent directly to a WSC Healthy Lifestyles Officer by email when you SUBMIT the form.

4       A SUBMISSION RECEIVED email will be automatically sent to you confirming you request was successfully sent.

5       CONFIRMATION of booking requests will be processed within 72 hours of submitting for your request. A USER HIRE CONFIRMATION FORM willb emailed to you with all the details of your booking.  Alternatively a Healthy Lifestyles Officer will contact you directly to discuss your booking.
