| All memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable | | All pool users are required to abide by the pool rules and instructions given by pool staff | | Management has the right to remove and subsequently refuse entry to any person who has acted; in any way contrary to pool rules or instruction from pool staff, and whose actions may have adverse effects on the safety and/or wellbeing of other pool users or pool staff | | Wellington Healthy Lifestyles facilities may be closed to members for reasons such as essential maintenance, regular programs, special events, or carnivals. Reasonable notice of such closures will be provided.
