This Amendment proposes to implement key recommendations of the Coastal Towns Design Frameworks (prepared by Meinhardt Infrastructure and Environment Pty Ltd, Volume 3, March 2007) to better guide future development in the coastal settlements of Loch Sport, Golden Beach/Paradise Beach, The Honeysuckles, Seaspray, Woodside Beach, McLoughlins Beach, Manns Beach and Robertsons Beach.
The Amendment was considered by an Independent Planning Panel on 29 June, and on 1 and 9 July, 2009. The report of the Independent Planning Panel is yet to be received by Council.
