| Amendment C45 – East Gippsland Institute of TAFE Public Rezoning | |
| This Amendment is required to facilitate the relocation of the East Gippsland Institute of TAFE from West Sale (Fulham) to Sale.
This Amendment was referred to an Independent Planning Panel on 30 January 2009 to consider submissions made to the Amendment. A copy of the Panel Report is available for viewing at our Customer Service desk, 70 Foster Street Sale or by acessing the download link below.
Council adopted the Amendment on 21 April 2009. The Amendment was approved by the Minister for Planning on 2 September 2009 and came into effect on 29 October 2009.
