Council includes former Federal Coffee Palace in Heritage Overlay

At its meeting of 15 August 2017, Council resolved to adopt Amendment C92 (Part2), which applies the Heritage Overlay to the former Federal Coffee Palace in Yarram. The decision follows the recommendations of an independent Planning Panel appointed by the Minister for Planning.
