Yarram is at the heart of some of the most beautiful country in Gippsland. A service town for local dairy and sawmilling industries, Yarram is a significant regional provider and is the major hub for several coastal towns in the southern part of the shire.
Possessing a lovely 18 hole golf course and excellent sporting facilities, Yarram offers visitors a wide range of activities and shopping facilities. A large variety of accommodation options are available, and the Tarra-Bulga National Park is only a short distance away. The historic Port Albert, which was Gippsland’s first port establishment, is also close by and is known for Victoria’s best fish and chips.
